I specialise in weight training and circuit training. I have a background in martial arts and I am a black belt in Kickboxing. I have been Personal Training now for seven years. In this time I have gained a vast knowledge that has helped me assist my clients in achieving their goals. I have worked with several people, with varying objectives including weight loss, sports specific, event training, core strengthening, post natal, sports rehabilitation and even muscle build and tone. Personal Training is a partnership of efforts, to succeed you must be prepared to put in the hours outside of our sessions, with my help, and your commitment, we can take a realistic, progressive and achievable journey to meeting your goals.

I am fully qualified Personal Trainer and Sport Therapist. I hold a First Class Degree in Sport, Health & Fitness as well as a REP’S Level 3 Premier Training International Diploma in Personal Training. This includes qualifications in Kettlebells, Circuit Training, Exercise for Special Populations and Nutrition & Weight Management. I am a keen sports player and health & fitness is my passion.
